Techiman North Independent Candidate Frank Asare Builds Police Post and Clinic to Boost Rural Services

Mr. Frank Asare, an independent candidate for the 2024 parliamentary elections in Techiman North, Bono East Region, has constructed a police post and a clinic in the rural communities of Offuman and Adutwie to enhance security and healthcare for residents.
Speaking to the Ghana News Agency (GNA), Mr. Asare framed the projects as part of his commitment to improving the quality of life and advancing the socio-economic development of the rural areas. He urged voters to support his candidacy in the upcoming December 7 elections.
As a legal practitioner, Chartered Accountant, Public Administrator, and Chartered Tax Practitioner, Mr. Asare promised to leverage his expertise to create beneficial policies. His plans if elected include:
- Education: Enhancing educational facilities and establishing ICT centers and libraries.
- Economic Empowerment: Offering interest-free loans to women traders and providing skills training for unemployed youth.
- Agriculture: Supporting local farmers with financial incentives, farm inputs, hybrid seeds, and storage facilities to reduce post-harvest losses.
- Youth Development: Constructing sports facilities and youth training centers to nurture talent.
He emphasized that security, quality healthcare, education, and peace are fundamental to building a better society, stressing the need for voter support to bring change to the constituency’s development gap.
