Manchester United forward and England international Marcus Rashford proposed to his childhood sweetheart, Lucia Loi, during a romantic trip to Hollywood, Los Angeles.
According to The Sun, Rashford popped the question after a romantic dinner while the couple was spending time together in California, reportedly touring various celebrity hangouts.
The couple had been together since their school days. They briefly split in 2021 after eight years together but later reconciled.
The news of the engagement came amid speculation about Rashford’s future at the club due to reported transfer interest. However, the report noted that Rashford, an academy graduate, appeared keen to stay and fight for his place under the then-new manager, Erik ten Hag.
