Kuami Eugene: Farming Would Have Been My Career If Not Music

Lynx Entertainment artiste and “Angela” hitmaker, Eugene Marfo, popularly known as Kuami Eugene, has shared that if he had not found success in music, he would have likely pursued a career in the agricultural sector.
In an interview with DJ Advicer on Happy FM’s Ayekoo Drive (circa 2020), the highlife singer explained that his desire to help and provide for people is the driving force behind this alternative career choice:
“I love helping people. If I wasn’t a musician, I would’ve been a farmer or a businessman dealing in agricultural produce.”
He further explained this choice in a separate interview: “It’s always my job to put smiles on people’s faces, so being a leader is an opportunity to help people. Being a farmer is also an opportunity to put food on the tables of people.”
The award-winning artist added that he still harbors the intention to venture into farming in the future, believing it would give him another meaningful avenue to make an impact and provide for those in need.
